A remote support ticket consists of a 15 min remote diagnosis and troubleshooting via a remote desktop viewer. If the query can be solved remotely it will be fixed via Team Viewer.

Tickets can be logged via email, WhatsApp or telephonically for your convenience.

If the query resolution takes longer than 15 min a subsequent ticket can be used to continue the support session.

We strive to keep our initial response time as short as possible, but in some instances due to high ticket volumes we may use a priority based system to ensure that we effectively manage queries.
